The worst strategy I ever tried is press, press, press, press, press to table max. The bets REALLY GREW!! The only real problems were, none of the bets got to table max, so, I did not take any $$ off the Table. AND… to make sure it really hurt, I did it over multiple hands, just to make sure! Take m...
