Do You Day Trade

I guess the stock market is another game other than craps so I put it here. Do you day trade (or scalp trade or swing trade)? I'm not looking for market tips or technical indicators, all I'm asking "If You Had It To Do All Over Again, i.e. Starting From Scratch....What Would You Do Differently ...

Roulette

Hey gang. I am looking at moving a roulette system from a single zero wheel to a double zero wheel and I need some actual double zero wheel numbers. There are lots of single zero numbers out there from the German casinos, I can simulate on excel and I also have Roulette Xtreme but I don't have many ...

Re: Kentucky Derby 2019

Okay, now I understand. Yes I think you could do that. The only issue I could see is the data files do not have a year in the title. So TAM1122.drf from 2018 has the same name as Tam1122.drf from 2017.

Re: Kentucky Derby 2019

Hey Raider. I apologize in that I think I am just not understanding something here. The BRIS data file contains up to 10 past races, up to 12 workouts, trainer and jockey information for each and every horse. When I said one day's card, I did not mean that there was only one line of data per horse. ...

Re: Kentucky Derby 2019

Not sure what you mean "database screen by horse". I use BRIS data files and I picked those tracks because I thought they would be good samples. Kentucky, Florida and New York. The BRIS files contain data for one day's complete card. See http://www.brisnet.com/cgi-bin/static.cgi?page=drfsf...

Re: Kentucky Derby 2019

Jamie, if it does not show a positive ROI with a flat bet, no money management system will make it a winner.

I've been wanting to revisit this thread since it started but the job and of course, real life, has imposed it's will many, many times but NOW....As of June 21, 2019, I Am Retired and find I have some free time on my hands. (I may even start practicing dice influencing again). But anyway, I had to &...

Re: Kentucky Derby 2019

Greetings Raider ...That's a horse that comes out IN HIS LAST RACE [ FIRST or SECOUND or THIRD ] then falls back to [[ 4 or 5 or 6 or worse THEN comes back and finish the race 2 or 3 or 4 THAT is the horse to bet in the derby. Those are the horses that i used to play. They would win or place 75% of...

Re: Using Sam Grafstein`s Pensioner`s Play

I admire you grinding away at the Dark Side and revisiting Sam Grafstein`s Pensioner`s Play DF. I do the Dark Side myself with the randies on the DP in a Grand-Martingale fashion or MP's CT-SL. Hey, that is a good Win, any day, in my book. Fun for sure! I will be planning a trip soon to visit my Da...

Switching Sides - A Negative Progression Baccarat Study/Strategy

Not myself thnick...I, like Aaron, pick one side and stick with it, Period. I'm not going to get caught flippin' when I should have been a floppin"! If the shoe is not giving me what I want to see...I'm outta there! Kinda like what Heavy says..."Get in, get up, get gone". If I can't ...

Re: Let's Build a DON'T Strategy from the Ground Up

If you're going to grind it, then let's grind it. Up 1 unit on a loss, down 1 unit on a win. Bet Don't Pass, and then one Don't Come with separate progressions on each. Pretty much you only bet on a shooter once, you either win both, win one lose one or lose both. Been there, done that at baccarat ...

Supreme Court Opens Way for States to Legalize Sports Betting

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/05/14/supreme-court-strikes-down-sports-gambling-law.html Now that sports betting may be coming to a casino near you soon, let me ask a couple/three questions of others that may be more sports betting educated than I am. Do you really have to handicap sports or ...

Re: A Negative Progression Baccarat Study/Strategy

Through some trial and error, it is like looking like getting out with a 25 to 40 unit drawdown is working okay. I am thinking that bailing at 25 - 30 units lost may be better for my recovery but I need to work through a few more (dozens) shoes. And I think I could comfortably make a 40 - 50 unit be...

Re: A Negative Progression Baccarat Study/Strategy

Hey Strat. I have played around some with simply trying to bet for a second play instead of playing by the normal Target betting method. However, this just becomes a Martingale betting on a repeat. Whereas Target protects you in a WLWLWLWLWLWLWL situation, the go-for-the-repeat has you at 64 units i...
