Thnick. Yes, the second scenario is correct. Play $5 on the DP, then if the shooter tosses a point, place the 6 & 8 for $6 each. Yes, you can adjust the bets to what ever as long as they are close to equal: $30 DP, then $30 6&8, $100 DP then $96 6 & 8.
