Flextime, well before the 20 roll, if you were on the don't side, I would think that most likely you would not be on the table at all, especially after two made points. Also I am not familiar with the grafstein method , sorry.

That depends on how many sessions one plays. For 99.9% of players, regressing after one hit will be way more profitable.
