Toss the dealer a green chip and you ask to buy the 5 or 9 for $24 and the house gets their $1 vig. So total outlay would be $25 but you get paid $36 on the win whereas you get paid $35 on a $25 place bet.

I'll do $44 inside working on the come out. First hit, 6 and 8 go up a unit. Next hit, everything down. Rinse, lather, repeat.

After a couple of rounds of this I'll move on to $66 inside and do the 2 hits and down move.

I'd go for the hardways if I were the shooter and try for a hardway set. Reload with the last remaining dollar on the first hardway number that gets knocked off. And keep rolling until they are all gone or it's a SO.

And the same thing is said about DI. It's all a random game and therefore impossible.

I use a variant of the 2v. I'll have the 4/6 on top. Set the 2v but tilt it over to get the 4/6 on top.

Iron Cross on a $10 table. 5 6 8 at $15 $18 $18 plus $10 field. Two hits and down. Field bet will always be half or so of place bet win. Progress up a unit on place bets after third series but field will always be half of pay out of place bet. It's a tough discipline play but worth it when it happens.

On a $10 table I bet $12 on the pass and a $2 crap check (two any craps). A seven rolls I net $10 as I reload the craps check bet. A craps number rolls I net $2. Either way, I'm ahead.

I usually play the right side. Only bet the pass when shooting. Will go dark once in a while after three consecutive very short rolls shooters. I however keep a low profile when going dark.
