Re: Would YOU Shoot from the Don'ts?

Good question. If one can influence the dice on the right side, why would you darkside? The payoffs on the don't side are either flat to the money or if you lay odds, you get the reverse as in no 10 for $51 gets you $25. On the other hand, you can get your profits real fast if you can bring out a s...

Re: A Negative Progression Baccarat Study/Strategy

Has anyone recognized different patterns when the cards are machine shuffled vs hand shuffled? For the past 6 years here, they've had $10 tables using the automatic card shuffler - Shuffle Master and the $20 tables were pre-hand shuffled in the back room (you can actually watch them do it through a...

Re: I was ganged up on by Four A--holes

I KNOW who the biggest man at the table was DF! Take a bow... Think Heavy's got a pretty good response as well. Several months ago there was some similar loud berating going on at the table. One dude got fed up with it all and yelled at Security after the staff did nothing. Security came to the tabl...

Re: Use to have a Clue - but lost it!

I played in tournaments back in the day. My team would get sponsored to play. I was a strong B level, solid A level rated shooter. My highlights included beating the MA and VT state champs. I'm sure both of those were lightning strikes though Excellent! Yes, I played A and B Leagues mostly, local T...

Re: Use to have a Clue - but lost it!

Great that you are here again and you'll get your clue back I'm sure. Nice to meet you. Wow...surprised about the darters here! Never really thought about it that much but, wonder how many here have thrown in League/Tournaments? I threw on teams for about 12 years with a few City Championships under...

Re: 7 Things I Wish They'd Told Me BEFORE I Discovered Craps

Just say NO to the Stick's area bets and the large table area bets. DO NOT bet on the chicken feeders and EVERY person that rolls the dice. Protect, manage and bet within your BR. Accept the small Wins as well as the big Wins (have a Win goal and secure it). Learn the game COMPLETELY, before putting...

Re: Dark side strategies

Probably does not qualify as any new twist on a Dark Side play but, I seem to do really well with the following in Wincraps wargaming and my local casino choppy to cold table (90% of the time). CT-SL (choppy table-short leash) method, initially laying enough to cover my DP bet on either the 4,5,9 or...

Re: Rolls for testing a betting system.

For the life of me, as I read through this thread, I do not see the explanations of these "systems" mentioned. Hanks, 4/10, Ricochet, 77, etc.. Seems someone asked and asked and I never saw an appropriate reply that defined the rules/steps for these "systems" used. Are they propr...

Re: Using Sam Grafstein`s Pensioner`s Play

I admire you grinding away at the Dark Side and revisiting Sam Grafstein`s Pensioner`s Play DF. I do the Dark Side myself with the randies on the DP in a Grand-Martingale fashion or MP's CT-SL. Hey, that is a good Win, any day, in my book. Fun for sure! I will be planning a trip soon to visit my Dad...

Re: Pressing Your Bets

Irukanji...that is a solution but, puts a lot of trust in the Dealer's hand. Know your Dealers! Here...I'm inclined to go with 22Inside on this one because we have so many in-experienced or "in training" Dealers at least 50% of the time. They seem to ONLY screw up for you when YOU are thro...

Re: Is 330 inside too much risk?

IMO, if your willing to stay up completely, for two hits (like I will do on myself), why not take the first hit initial bet down, add that to the payout, then equally divide that amount across your other three bets, wait for the second hit...then take them all down or regress. Yea, if you toss a rep...

Re: Pressing Your Bets

Ahhhh...regression, that's me! I have war-gamed this to death in Wincraps, when practicing my 2V set. For some reason, I just kill the even numbers. I like to WOTCO with a $10 4&10 and $18 6&8. Anything that hits first, I pull that number, then divide the initial bet and payout amount among ...

Pressing Your Bets

We’ve seen a few threads on pressing your bets here. They are anywhere from replacing the current bet with the bet payout, 20-30% add, every other hit, full court press, same number, etc… I am constantly trying different pressing approaches and comparing them with a specific Wincraps roll file, to s...

Re: Regarding the choppy table-short leash method

Now, because there is a lot of TUMA time waiting on a randy to make a f'ing point, I use the OH-CM waiting on that point. Not a bad way to pass the time. But this is key, when you lose your DP to the point with the OH-CM, it's time to jump in on the CTSL. SIA...excellent! Been right in front of my ...
