If you push the hops to $12 each and go $22 on the field, the net on the soft 6/8 jumps to $18 and a hardway hit drops slightly to $78. A 2/12 field hit nets $22. Could be slightly interesting if you can really bang out the 6/8's but there are certainly better pure plays for that scenario.

You're really hoping for the hard 6 or 8 on that play. A soft 6 or 8 will net you $8. A hardway hit will net $83

I'm a set for the horn and bet the world kinda guy. Use an X6 set, 2/3 facing. In Vegas this past June I had a nice come out sequence of 2-12-2-12.

So 15$ table tonight, here's my plan. 30$ 6&8, 15$ 4&10. First hit press to 42$ 6&8, buy 25$ 4&10. Cost 46$ from a payout of 35 or 27. 4 numbers pay 49$. Collect 2nd and 3rd hit & down to 1x odds on passline. Profit 125-133$ -30$ kept in play. Pass line hit transition to 51$ 5-6...

That's a tough one to answer, as t can be sometimes difficult to tell if someone is really impaired or not. But I understand what you are saying.
