Does the Steve3 scheme bet the 5/9 and 4/10?

Setting and influencing the dice roll is just part of the picture. To beat the dice you have to know how to bet the dice. Whether you call it a "system," a "strategy," or just a way to play - this is the place to discuss it.

Does the Steve3 scheme bet the 5/9 and 4/10?

I was reading through an old thread and found a betting strategy called "Steve3". I think the originator was Al_Falcons, but I'm not sure.

From a link in one of Al_Falcons' posts:
Scout, Yes both the Steve3 and Steve6 methods raise or lower the 6&8 in a pair when there is one hit. Steve3 starts after the come out with $30 6 and $30 8. Either is hit, press each to $42, either is hit, regress both to $12, etc. I have it going through the regression twice then after that staying at $18 for the rest of the roll.Steve3 is 30,42,12,30,42,12,18, 18, 18, 18,...
(The Steve6 has a different regression: 30 12 18 30 42 12 18 18... )

Are there other bets on the 5/9 or 4/10 or is this strictly a scheme on just the 6/8? Can someone point me to more details? I ran a search, but couldn't find any other details about the (Steve) "system(s)" except that there's an alternative Steve3 with an adjunct $25PL w/$100 Odds.

Also, what distinguishes a "Steve3" from a "Steve3 $2000 bank"?

Thank you.

Hmm, seems like you could use any 'sister-combo' you like.

Anyone want to post results with Steve3 or Steve6
