They had Ez bacc here in Biloxi for a short time. One table at the Gold Nugget and also at Harrahs. It was my favorite however it was short lived. Not sure why they ditched it. I was told that the Chinese players didn't care for it. It disappeared after a couple of months.

Wow, $1 Baccarat. I thought Biloxi was great with a $5 minimum.crapsjourney wrote: ↑Sun Dec 31, 2017 4:51 pm I have come to enjoy baccarat as my #2 game behind craps of course. In my Brisbane Australia casino they have $1 minimum computer baccarat with hands dealt every 30 seconds. There are no end of shoe moments as the computer just keeps going they remove the previous history of hands every 20 or so hands in a sliding scale. I like the game because I can relax and not think about it and just follow simple strategies. I practice those strategies in my baccarat app on my phone until they are like second nature. Let’s me catch up on emails and reading / listening to podcasts while playing in the casino.

Bubble craps vacated Biloxi quite awhile back. Makes you wonder who makes the decisions and why. The Bean counters perhaps.

HI Bones. Happy New Years
Question re: your post below on 1/1/18. Are you saying no "Ez bac" in Biloxi or no "computerized" ez bac?
Any additional updates as to why it was short lived in Biloxi? thx

Re: Baccarat
Bones pretty much answered it, Asians didn't go for it. I wonder if it was because of the no fortune bet? Anyway, it's history and nocomputerized.
Re: Baccarat
They told me nobody was playing the ez bacc. Maybe nobody played because it was never open. Probly need to ask some Asian folks if and why they didn’t like it.

When I was there it was hard to get a seat because the bet $1 once every 10 minutes for free drinks crowd were hogging all the seats. One lady was reading a book and I never saw her play a hand while I was there. I would imagine the revenue per square foot numbers wern't there and the bean counters got rid of it.House of Orange wrote: ↑Sat Jan 13, 2018 2:12 am Bones pretty much answered it, Asians didn't go for it. Afternoons and evenings on weekends it is tough to find a seat.
Scarlet Pearl has similar set up with approximately triple the amount of seats. At the Pearl the bacc dealer simultaneously controls the roulette game. Dealer abuse lol

Venetian and the Palace Station have stadium craps but I don't remember the limits. I think they might be $5 but not sure. The game at Venetian is in the North casino that is a sister property. I can't remember the name.
Venetian has a real good video BJ game. $1-$500. 4 decks, discards are not re-inserted until shuffle, and it lets you know when the shuffle is so you can count. That's assuming they haven't changed it. I haven't played it for 3 months or so.

Re: Baccarat
I echo Scout, last time there, Gold Coast, must of had 10 tables open though not all occupied. Shy people waiting for someone to open things up!
Re: Baccarat
Yep: Gold Coast has a lot of people who won't set down at an empty table but flock in like vultures after someone sets down. If low limits and a slow pace are what you're looking for it's a good place to play.
PS: If you think you earned enough for a comp from the pit you'll have to ask. Only slot and VP play goes on your card. Pit play is the old school way.

Re: Baccarat
Good to know thanks.
Haven’t played any bacc yet just craps. Mostly Orleans where I am currently staying. 5 packed tables last night. I did the “Patrick” and observed to my amazement the amount of Big $. $750 across $25 pass line max odds plus an additional $200 place bet on the line with established point.
Game moved incredibly slow as majority of players bet in this fashion. One lady has a $6 6n8.
One fellow reduced to green chips across after 4 hits the others full speed ahead quickly pressing 6n8 to $600
You just don’t see this back in Biloxi.
Tables are very playable.

Re: Baccarat
To be fair you don’t normally see action like that in Vegas on a standard table
Re: Baccarat
It was pretty amazing to me. It was a group of 6 or 7 that were always together.
The 2g man using the 2v set tossing the typical par shot from sr1or sl1 finally had a 3 roll hand. After dozens of 20+ rolls. I was able to squeeze in one time to play. Thought about stalking him but other more important issues arose lol
Still haven’t played any bacc hopefully get around to checking out Palazzo today.

Don't get on the site all that often but have been trying your paroli Baccarat progression with $25 units.
The question I have it this: Your example shows you going up to $60, which of course = six wins in a row. Since you win progressively more with each win, why wouldn't you run the progression as far as it will go, only dropping down again to 1 unit when you lose? Seems like if you got lucky enough to catch a massive variation on your side, you could make a killing. Or do you do that and were only using the posted progression as an example? I find it allows you to play longer and often makes up for a series of one unit losses and then some.
Also, do you ever switch to Player, or is it always Banker, commission or no commission?
