Can somebody tell me WHY the game of Powerball with ODDS of 292 million to ONE is beaten every 6 to 8 weeks , and the game of craps WITH odds of 1. what ever is never beaten in the LONG RUN?

someone wins every 6 to 8 weeks, but the game is not beat it still makes a profit, similar to craps. People win at craps but the game isnt beat it still makes a profit for the casinos.
