It is prob as hot here today as it is in P.R. If I understand correctly one must purchase silver for 40 weeks, 10 ounces per day Monday - Friday. Is there a specific time of the year you start to buy and sell where metals like silver are much more subjective to upswings and downswings do to their industrial use.
