Question, are you talking about going to $25 on a 5 or 9? What does that pay, and or do they let you buy the 5 or 9.
I assume when you say take the two greens and make in $10 that it pays $35 and you take the green that was you bet and the green you were paid, so it pays $35 then. Right?

Here's one for you mad, brave souls. Hop 6 and 8 ten each and $20 field bet. A quick loss of $40 on a 7 or 5, go even on a field number, but
do real nice if a 6 or 8 hits. And even nicer if it's a hardway. Saw a guy doing this and he hit a hard six and then a hard eight..right in a row.
Still..I wasn't convinced to try it.

You're really hoping for the hard 6 or 8 on that play. A soft 6 or 8 will net you $8. A hardway hit will net $83

Yes. Anyway it was a perverse Iron Cross type bet that is truly terrible and really shouldn't be in this thread "Best Betting Strategy." At least with the regular Iron Cross the six and eight hang around for a while..sometimes.

If you push the hops to $12 each and go $22 on the field, the net on the soft 6/8 jumps to $18 and a hardway hit drops slightly to $78. A 2/12 field hit nets $22. Could be slightly interesting if you can really bang out the 6/8's but there are certainly better pure plays for that scenario.

The IC assumes getting paid 30 rolls out of 36. If you have to count on 4 rolls instead: 2, 12, H6, & H8 ............the seven is more likely...........are you smarter than a fifth grader?

If I'm betting on other shooters 1 DC. Base bet is whatever flat I need to take $30 odds no matter what the point is. Up $30 on a loss down $30 on a win and lots of patience sometime.

I have no problem walking away from a table if I'm down. Personally I feel that "having to win every session" is not a good trait to possess.

Nothing pisses off the casino more than to see you walk when they know you still have plenty of money in your pocket.

Can your toss average at least one inside #5, 6, 8, or 9 before the 7 out.
If so consider this on different min. table limits.
I only bet this on my own toss, and prefer the 25.00 table, because they are less busy and can usually get my spot. It also earns you a good comp rating. The 600.00 inside bet is also less hassle for the dealers, after the first hit I tell them to reduce them all to 25.00 and I toss in 10.00 to make the 6 & 8 30.00 each. This way they do not have to make any change and the game moves faster.

I surmise you lose your a$$ on any PSOs. Are.you WOTCO with this play? Do you place the point number if it's inside with this play? Why $25 more on the five than the nine in first scenario? Is that an arbitrary amount?
