Contiinuing a progressive strategy question?

Assume that you are using a progressive line bet strategy on yourself, increasing your bet after each win while taking a little something for yourself. Your initial $10 bet is now, let's say, at $100. You decide to take a meal break, or you decide to call it day. Now the next time you return would you continue as though you never left, or start again at $10? Also with this strategy normally when you do lose you do not regress back to $10 but at a level between your losing bet and start bet depending on what that losing bet is.

In the past I kept an unchanging line bet and with my place bets being increased. I am toying around with a new strategy that does not involve place bets. I am thinking that with almost any progressive strategy, you would usually have won back your initial bet by the second win. After that when you lose you should've made a profit.

My personal choice would be to start over with my base bet whenever I started a new session. Of course, that's just me. Sticking with the pressed up bet makes sense from your perspective, so I'd say it's not really a bad thing. It's just not how I'd do it.

I'd start over with my minimum bet as well.

I'd start a new session with a minimum bet also. The primary reason is so I can find out if I brought my toss along with me.

Dittos from me. Heavy and I have attempted this several times, not once did it work out. Plus, you have a profit locked up so you can be a bit more creative if you want.
