What would you do?

You're the shooter. You start with a $10PL bet with 3x odds and $44 in action on the even numbers ($10 on four and ten) with ($12 on six and eight). You are tossing a nice hand. You've made two points so far, your four and ten are pressed up to $200 each. The six is at $60, the eight is sitting at $120. The next roll is a come-out roll. You establish the ten as your point. You still only have a $10 PL bet and max PL odds are $30. The dealer asks, "what do you want me to do with your ten?"
Do you:
A. Stay there
B. Take it down.
C. Press your four.
D. Move it to another number.
E. Something else.
Why?

Why not leave it in place?
You're having a good roll and must have hit the 10 a few times.
Sometimes I will be coming betting and will have a come bet on the/4 or 10 and then have also had a buy bet on the 4/10 also. Or sometime it the 6/8 where I reach max odds but my betting style call for more than max odds.

I would probably take about $50 off of the ten so that with the now pass line and odds it would about equal what I originally had on the 10 as a place bet prior to the Come out. I am not really sure this is the best way to go but I am a fairly conservative bettor so this seems the right move for me. I might take that money and eventually get some or all of it back out on the table on another number but that would depend on if there is another repeating number.

I move it to the empty box that was the pass line number I just made. I've already tossed that number at least 2 times. If the 4 and 10 aren't balanced the larger bet goes to the 4 if it wasn't already there and the smaller bet goes to the previous pass line winner. The reason I almost always do it this way is to avoid second guessing myself.

A good roll doesn't last forever. My thinking is take profit (squirrel away chips in your pocket), back up your PL with odds, regress down and press up again. What's your profit goal? I hate leaving a ton of money on the table with a seven out.

Pull the place ten, put $30 on the PL odds, $20 on the hard ten, rack the $150 and let'er rip.

Great responses all. A bunch of options which makes me realize we need to plan for these things before the dealer asks the question. For me, I guess it depends how my game has been going for my trip. If I'm profitable so far, I might be willing to keep it on the ten. As Noah mentioned, we've made two points so far and plenty of tens, what's another point of ten? If I'm down for my trip, I would probably regress the ten to $100 and take some profit. If things have been really bad up to that point, I'd probably regress on everything. I'm thinking $220 spread evenly on the even numbers. Maybe go heavier on the outside or on whatever numbers have been hitting recently. Decisions, decisions...
I asked the question because it seems to happen when we least expect it. It pays to be prepared. If I haven't given it much thought, I'd probably tell the dealer to take it down almost automatically so as not to hold up the game. By planning ahead for these scenarios we can sometimes squeeze out a little more profit.
