Hello all. Just wanted to get thoughts on a few questions/ideas I had.
1. Your view on craps tournaments, what you like what you don't.
2. If you have played in one, what was the strategy early, mid, and late game. What will you do next time? If not, why not? What will your strategy be.
3.My CFO and I have couples casino night at our house once in a while, we have a roulette table, blackjack table, and poker table in the man cave, building my craps table now. My question is what ideas can y'all come up with to incorporate craps into the mix keeping time, and skill level in mind (all other couples are novice). The buy in is no more than 20 bucks for the whole night. Fun is main goal on this.

We often do No Sevens contests at the seminars. Everyone tosses a few bucks in the kitty. Then we see who can toss the most rolls without a seven. Longest hand wins the kitty.

Traditional casino style tournaments are tough to pull off in a home environment. The Hilton Casino tournament was won by Don't players the last few years of its existance.

The last tournament I played I made $100 DP bets with $600 odds, than placed the six and eight for $600 each. Take a couple of hits on the six and eight, then take them and the odds lay down and wait for a resolution on the DP bet. Goal of making $1500 a shooter and advancing to the final table.
