148th Kentucky Derby

Believe it or not, craps is not the only game in the casino. Savvy players have a back-up plan for when their craps game is off. If Heavy isn't winning at Craps you're likely to find him playing Baccarat, Blackjack, or even Roulette. If the table games aren't working out he may even take a cigar break in the high limit slot area for a little hit-and-run action. But just like craps - you have to plan your play and play your plan. If you have a question on slots, video poker, carnival games or any table games other than craps, this is the place to post. Let's hear about the games you play when you're not playing craps! What's your game? What's your strategy? How's that working out for you? Inquiring minds want to know!

I was thinking about you after i saw the results, and from how far back that forse came from the pack.. it is beyond me how you handicapped that race.

Congrats on that pick.

Greetings Parson,

He did not Handicap the winning horse, what he did was, his pick for that race was to play him to place/exacta wheel with other horses

I HAVE TRIED FOR YEARS, to show you guys how to win at Horse betting, Bet 200 dollars on your pick to win,and do a 200 dollar wheel exacta on your pick to come in secound/place
and 200 dollar bet on your pick to show.

luck at the casino and track.

Greetings guys,

Raider, if Bankerdude would have place a 200 dollar Exacta wheel, with his pick on the bottom on this race on Derby day,
he would have won $ 40,000 dollar Plus... for his 200 dollar wheel.

I PREACH 200 dollar bet to win on your pick/ 200 dollar exacta wheel on your pick...with your pick on the bottom... and 200 dollar bet on your pick to show.

Their is big money to be had on these races, my pick for this race was out of the money.

luck at the races and casino.

A FB friend's wife hit two trifecta Derby Day while he hit zip. No comment from him about how much she won.

Jaime, I went light this year, that little voice told me too. I didn't make my saver bet, but I was on Zandon, so either way, I lost, or would have lost. Rich strike was not on my radar.

Greetings Big O,

The system is simple, lets take the horse Bankerdude played...the number 3 horse.

I would have played 200 dollars to win on the number 3 horse, on that bet I lost 200 dollars.

I would have played 200 dollars exacta wheel...on the 3 horse to place/on the bottom.
I would have won that Bet, because the 3 horse came in secound/place.

A 200 dollar exacta wheel is really you playing 10 dollars on every horse in that race with the 3 horse to place.

On that race I would have a 200 dollar bet on the 3 horse to show...I would have won that bet, because he placed.

So on that race I would have lost the WIN bet, I would have won the the place bet, and I would have won the show bet.

I would have won alot of money playing my betting system.

System to be played on Horses.
Play 200 dollars on your pick to win.

Play 200 exacta wheel on your pick on the bottom.

Play 200 dollars on your pick to show.

Big O...Luck at the casino and Track.

Congrats on winning tickets.
Unfortunately I went 0-3 as my straight, exacta, and doubles on race 11/12 all failed miserably.

There is always next year. The Derby is on my bucket list so I will hopefully attend one in the near future(Just have to convince my wife to wear a hat).

All the best,
All the best,

Thanks guys. Jaime is correct, I did not handicap the winning horse. I was constructing a $12 Exacta bet when I found out Ethereal Road #20 scratched and Rich Strike #21 took his place. I didn't want to spend any more time handicapping Rich Strike's past performances, so I just tossed him onto the Exacta for an extra $1, making my total bet $13. Lucky me.

Jaime I will try your system, but it's a little rich for me. I may start out at $25 or $50 increments until I build a bigger bankroll. Structuring the bet that way is a great idea!

Greetings bankerdude80,

Bankerdude80, you were in the right place at the right time, are you ready for the next big race...the preakness. Maybe you have another lucky day in you.

If the players who had the place horse...number 3, had played my system they would have
won 41 THOUSAND DOLLARS PLUS...good pay day.

luck at the casino and track.

Goodmorning raider and members,

I think i used the wrong word [if ].

I should have said, all players who played a $2 dollar exacta, with the horse number 21, and the 3 horse to place won $4 thousand dollars plus on that exacta bet.

Raider, luck on the next big race/Preakness... and at the casino.

jaime.
