Re: Aussie William -AKA- AW
Hello and welcome! What I did to get a 45 degree angle was use a protractor on my landing spot and run an imaginary 45 degree line back towards the shooting spot. I then put up an obstacle about two feet or so from the landing spot whose top was roughly at the 45 degree height behind the landing spo...

Re: Using a bet as at "tool"
I use the Field bet as a tool to populate other numbers when using the Iron Cross strategy. But only bet it when the 5, 6 and 8 are at least three units each on a $10 table. $15, $18, 1$8 . The Field bet would be $10, $11 or $12 depending on what the point is. On a hit on the Field, I will ramp up t...

Re: WOTCO or not?
Strat, I think you should cut and paste your above post and put it up on the Casino Intel and Playing Conditions section of the forum. Lots of valuable info on Manila casinos. Thanks for the very detailed and informative post.

Stratman, how often do you come across low population tables in Manila?stratocasterman wrote: ↑Tue Jan 15, 2019 6:35 pm Thanks scout! Yes, low population tables give you a little breather in between tosses...

Re: A Negative Progression Baccarat Study/Strategy
I don't know...but do we sometimes over think the games we play (the house always has an edge) when in the long run it's all random and luck of the draw?

Re: How would you handle this?
From my standpoint, just keep throwing with the same set that has been working....come out roll or not. Keep the bets working. The come out roll is just a mind bender. Work your bets! There is no difference.... it's just a mind f*ck on the casinos part. Doesn't matter which way you go, at some point...

Re: Cruise Ship
Did that once too. One of the casino guys came up to me and asked to see the dice. I was using yellow dice then. The ship's was red. I told him I was practice betting in my head and was losing. He laughed and walked away. Nobody bothered me again.

Re: Craps Etiquette for New (and oblivious) Players
I once found a dollar bill on the floor next to the craps table at Sugarhouse in PA. PA's casino rules state that anything found on the floor, table or machine has to be turned in, otherwise it is a crime if you keep it (if you get caught of course). I noticed it earlier and 10 minutes later it was ...

Re: Pressing Your Bets
After watching the crazy Russian make a 30 roll hand (6 points) at Parx this morning, I had a revelation. I wasn't the shooter so I was able to be a bit more aggressive. The shooter on the other hand was more focused on his throw rather than his betting so his chip rail did not benefit much. Same th...

Re: Pressing Your Bets
Scout, mostly correct. On myself I do PL and start off with $12 each on 6 & 8 and progress same as with RR. Once I get into my rhythm and confidence is there I'll try to quickly go to green chip level. But a lot of times I am more focused on the throw than on betting and don't get to execute the...

Re: Pressing Your Bets
At a $10 table, I'll go $12 each on the 6 & 8. First hit they both go up to $18 each. Place the dealers for a buck each. Second hit will be same bet but reload the dealer's bet. Rack the $20. Next hit will be reload the dealer's bet and place the 5 & 9 for $10 each. On succeeding hits I'll b...

Buying the 4 or 10 for $18?
Do you think the casinos will allow this? After all, if you are buying the math is simple. On a win you get 2x the bet minus $1. So one would net $35. Thoughts?

Re: The All, Small or Tall Bet
Irukanji, you can check when you get to Harrington, they have dropped that bet to 30 130 30, if thats true, that bet is not even worth considering. I cannot say for sure......but I did hear about it from someone. I was there Saturday morning. It was 30/150/30. Budgeted $25 for it. 2-1-2 each time. ...

Re: Nice roll. Why didn't you make more on it?
It's greed vs fear. You want more but at the same time are afraid of losing what's on the table. My solution? Up a unit on the winning number on each hit. You'll be putting more of the win on your rack and leaving a small part of it on the table to increase your bet size. On the next hit you'll be l...

Sometimes all this thinking and analyzing just gives us more headaches and paralyzes us. Paralysis due to over analysis. Just roll the dice, take your chances and enjoy the game.
