Re: Point shoot or play for the long roll?
Dork, I'd be careful about putting too much credence in Chi Square as a sole arbiter in evaluating your DI capabilities. While it's generally a useful metric, Nate and I have noticed that for some reason the calculation that Excel does seems to break down for some unknown reason in larger data sets,...

Re: Point shoot or play for the long roll?
I would much rather have a long hand with losts of repeaters than a shorter hand with more points hit, but thats mainly due to what i feel is a betting weakness of mine that i cant seem to overcome. I have no problem pressing repeated numbers but i can never seem to make myself maximize money in od...

Re: Point shoot or play for the long roll?
Personally, I will take a long hand, rich in box numbers, over a hand with multiple points made every single time. I'd be choosing sets that are not rich in trash numbers as my primary in point set. While I think that the TB table may be one of the best tables in all of Biloxi, it does play short wh...

Re: How do you keep track of your chips?
I do two things. When buying in i first organize my chips with the lower denomination chips (whites) on the outside of either side of my rack, followed by the reds, then greens, with the blacks on the middle. This is to protect my high vale chips from rail birds looking to snag some out of your rack...

You should just use the "Forum Post" tab in your BT workbook. Just copy/paste the contents into a message and it will put together a nicely formatted set of tables for your BT data set.

Re: Rule of Thumb:Ratio of Dedicated Bank Roll to Buy In to Minimum/Maxium Wager Risk .Do You Have One?
IMO, bubble craps is just gambling. Everything is random with no ability to influence which is the objective of what we attempt to do on a real table where you have some say in the outcomes when you're the shooter. You have to treat every "shooter" in bubble craps, including yourself, as a...

Re: CRAPLESS CRAPS
Knowing your horn sets is critical for real success at crapless. There's definite money to be made on crapless, but on the flip side it can be a humbling game if the horns aren't hitting. It's either feast or famine. Because of this, I play a transition game. I play my standard inside steep regressi...

Re: Strategic planning assistance request
I concur with a lot of memo's reply, especially with regard to play on random shooters and the number of them at the table if you really cannot find less populated tables. Finding less populated tables may likely require shifting the times that you elect to go play. For my local casinos, I've pretty...

Re: Keeping track of rolls with paper and pencil
I tried it for a brief period, but found it to be too distracting both in terms of logging everything as well as the focus required to try and discern trends and patterns in all of that minutiae.

All of those fake craps games earn hardly any tier points, if any at all. One of the many reasons I avoid them like the plague.

I almost never bet the field on myself since I set for inside numbers and roll a ton of 5, 6 and 8's.

Re: whats your best 4, 10 strategy ?
Sure, I could have taken that 5k down and had more chips when the hand ended.....Conversely, one more hit on the ten would have added 10k. Now, that is a worthy goal. (Still a bit elusive ;) ) These are among my craps goals for 2025. Get a number pressed to table max and get a hit on it. Final stre...

Re: Practice Table
I'm not really familiar with their tables. How is the build quality? There are so many places to play in Vegas that it's impossible to generalize table conditions like you are asking. If you're just starting out and a self proclaimed "not a dice influencer", it might be a little premature ...

There's a whole annual convention dedicated to new casino gaming technology, game ideas that get pitched to casinos to license, etc. It's the Global Gaming Expo (G2E), held in Las Vegas every year.

Ive heard you mention Power pressing many times before , But Im not exactly sure what it means, Just adding an extra bet from the rack? A power press us taking the proceeds from a win on a number, plus some additional from your rack to increase the size of the bet on that number. A popular power pr...

A chair also works well for the foundation of a makeshift toss station. Use the chair back to simulate the rail to lean over and put an empty box on the seat to simulate the approximate height of the deck. A towel over the box can also be used to provide a felt like surface feel.

The important thing is to have a qualification strategy for other shooters, not necessarily what it is (well, unless you're talking about the 5 count
).

Re: betting strategies for novices
"Bullfrog" = immediately hitting the established point. "I wait at least one roll after setting the next point" = pretty much what it says. If the shooter immediately makes (bullfrogs) their first point, I wait for at least one roll after they establish their next one. I've seen ...
