CRAPLESS CRAPS

Setting and influencing the dice roll is just part of the picture. To beat the dice you have to know how to bet the dice. Whether you call it a "system," a "strategy," or just a way to play - this is the place to discuss it.

CRAPLESS CRAPS

Post by kumar » Wed May 21, 2025 3:34 pm

I see more and more casinos offering Crap less Craps. For example at Harrahs in Biloxi if they have only one crew available they open Crap less Craps. The casino in Virginia does the same. The Beau Rivage in Biloxi on Friday and Saturday nights has 2 out of 7 tables dedicated to Crap less Craps and during the week one out of 3 tables are Crap less. In Blackhawk the Caesars property has one out of two tables dedicated to Crap less.

I dont blame the casinos; it draws action junkies and is a bigger money maker

I struggle with trying to find a strategy to survive on such tables specially since one cant hedge by a Lay and any suggestions would be most welcome.

Well, my favorite play is to Place the extreme outside for table minimum (buy them if it's a $25 table) and then Lay either the Four or Ten on the Come Out. Set for the Horn numbers and toss a Horn number on the Come Out, setting it as the point hopefully. A three craps, for instance, on a $25 Buy bet pays $75. Take down the Buy bet and the $75. Take $25 odds on the Pass Line bet. Press the rest of the Extreme Outside numbers with the remaining three units. Then Place the Six and Eight. Then I go back to my Six and Eight set, which kicks off a lot of Ace Deuces and Yos, and toss as long a hand as I can from there. Take and Press on the Horn numbers. Just collect on the Six and Eight to get some money in the rack until everything is pretty much paid for. Don't forget to take down that Come Out LAY bet because you don't want to knock yourself off a $200 No Ten or No Four.

My best advice.....

* * * KNOW YOUR HORN SETS * * *

My best approach has been total commitment to the Extremes for this I have spent hundreds of hours with Bonetracker to no only realize those primary sets that are Horn Strong; but also what their secondary results are when then miss on the horns.

Plus I start on the come-out with my strongest horn set, and bet the Horn/Ace-deuce, plus the field - wanting to get paid twice as all the horns + 4, 9, and 10 are sometimes high secondary numbers. Also if the crapless has the ATS, then absolutely get on it also as horns are usually the tougher numbers to complete an ATS.

Oh, and always press the Extreme that hits, good luck, DN8R
Your lack of faith in The Force disturbs me, Commander.......

Knowing your horn sets is critical for real success at crapless.

There's definite money to be made on crapless, but on the flip side it can be a humbling game if the horns aren't hitting. It's either feast or famine.

Because of this, I play a transition game. I play my standard inside steep regression play just like on a regular table, using my best inside set. I extend my usual 2 hit regression strategy by an additional hit and use the winnings on that extra hit to place the extremes, with everything paid for and a little profit in the rack. From there, I switch to my best horn set and focus exclusively on them with aggressive press schedules. I'll scale back my usual press schedules on the box numbers a bit in order to lock up more profits.
