dealer number one is a 10. how munch AND WHY.

My tips are always of the same value, regardless of a dealer's beauty, or lack thereof.
~I want the dealers to know that I tip when I win...and believe me, they DO know that
...and I am also an avid proponent of Toke-BRANDING.
~The same applies to cocktail waitresses (and male waiters too); I tip for top-drawer service, never for genetics.

Well, I tip too much (according to the math of the game) when playing blackjack. Doesn't matter who or what the dealer is - I tip whenever I get a blackjack. A blackjack on a $10 3-2 game pays $15. I keep the $10 and tip the $5. No blackjack - no toke.
