Setting 7's on the C/O - then going for the Fire Bet !

Setting and influencing the dice roll is just part of the picture. To beat the dice you have to know how to bet the dice. Whether you call it a "system," a "strategy," or just a way to play - this is the place to discuss it.

The best 7 set to use is the one that you believe in and can produce 7's with. It can change over time and can change daily, or even during a session. You may find that on any particular day the flying v is your best 7 producer. I have found the straight 6's configured to yo's and 3's can produce multiple 7's for me on some days.

If you are trying for Fire Bet winning sets I suggest the mini-v with the best distribution for box numbers.

Hi Snake- I like the fact that you are switching CO sets to snipe a different box number each time, while still preserving your 7 heavy set for the come out. Thats the easy part, now you just have to keep both dice on axis!
See it in your mind FIRST...Then do it!

Snake, this brings us back to the question that if we're setting for the seven on the come out than do you lay all the numbers or just 1or2 and try to collect double on your sevens? I'd pick the no 9 set and lay the 5 and 9 for $31 apiece now every 7 gets and extra $40! MP says lay them all for $202 including vig to win $119 after vig. Most you lose is $41 on the 4 or 10.

Thoughts?

I'm gonna apply these 7 sets on my next visit to the casino. I currently been using for years the same set for rolling numbers (4/6 top, 5's facing me, shooting on axis. Its basically the mini-v set but I tip them forward to adjust to my style of shooting.

Nothing is more beautiful when you have 4 points to the fire and you establish a 6 or 8 for the 5th to the fire.
Having $5.00 on the fire, I Lay the point for 600 and place all the outside numbers for $100 each and applying my winnings to up to 1000.00 lay on the point or... making the 5th point and establish a 6 or 8 for the 6th point fire. I Lay the point for 1200 (Max lay) and place all the rest of the numbers for $1040 action, color up my winnings to Orange and leave the casino with 3k-5k profit in pocket. ;)

SE,

Very good thoughts. I enjoyed your thinking process and break down of your current situation with these all 7 sets.

I recently found what I think is the perfect Come Out set for me to use. It is showing great potential but I think only for my use and my tendencies. If I miss on the Come Out 7 then I get 5's in a large proportion if an off axis toss. My fly in the ointment is that from my other set the 5 is my least thrown box number so I too have to consider if it is worth it and in what way to bet or lay numbers. I am also looking at my least tossed number with my Come Out set to see if it is worth laying that number on a routine basis.

So many ways to analyze and that is why Craps is such a fascinating game! When things work out on the table as they do statistically in Bonetracker then I feel like the smartest person on the planet! LOL! Rarely do I get to feel that way though so analysis continues!

Good luck in your quest!
