venetians over/under bet

Setting and influencing the dice roll is just part of the picture. To beat the dice you have to know how to bet the dice. Whether you call it a "system," a "strategy," or just a way to play - this is the place to discuss it.

The best strategy would be to avoid that bet since it has a 16.67% HA. I'm assuming an even money payoff and all sevens lose.

Think of it this way. Most casinos replace the Big 6/Big 8 with it. Why would they do that? Not because it's a good bet for the player. Just avoid it.

First noticed this in Biloxi. 15 ways to win out of 36 for your even money bet. The only betting scheme to use on this wager is "no bet"

This one pays even money.

I ran the strip while there a few weeks ago. Stopped in to reminisce at the Venetian and sip a water. This place is where I learned the game of craps 10 years ago.

The dealers were super nice and explained both this bet and the repeater bet they have. The one dealer was particularly nice and explained he doesn't advise people to take those bets as they are not so good.

thnks all for your replies and advice. at even money cant even compare to the field bet. sorry for the waste of time, but whenever i hear of a new bet i like to check it out and hope for a casino glitch in their haste to compete with other casinos.
