Putting it together

Setting and influencing the dice roll is just part of the picture. To beat the dice you have to know how to bet the dice. Whether you call it a "system," a "strategy," or just a way to play - this is the place to discuss it.

If you throw like this... you want a heavy betting regression system. Like they said once its paid off its atm money.

15$ pass (single odds)
152$across. Press 3 units on 2 first hits.
3rd hit down everything to 6-8 for 18$, first hit add 3$ for 30-30. First hit take 5-9 for 15.
Press 3 units every next hit.

Gives you an opportunity for 300$ hands on a very short roll. And it keeps on giving.

When you have a gut fealing, don't ignore it. Regress to 6-8 min.

Also what you could do is once you transition to pressuring bets...get to your odds to max first before you press your bets again. It's the only bet with no house advantage.

Oh and btw, when you are focused, you don't do a lot of short rolls.

Just take 20-30 mins before you leave home to practice before you go for a session. Don't need to dice set, don't need to see whats on the dice. Just shove your pillows on your bed and throw 4-5 inches in front consistently. Focus until you see your hand line up your landing spot. Then you will become consistent and be hated from pits ;)

Spot on. You can do this at home - or you can do it in your casino hotel room, using the ironing board for a shooting station and tossing the dice onto the bed. You just want to get a rhythm established with "pretty" dice moving through the air.

The other element I'll add to this thought is that you should spend another 15 minutes or so doing relaxation and mental focus exercises before hitting the table. There are a number of these techniques posted in my Experts Speak thread - Heavy Speaks, the Dice Listen.
