Yes, thanks to Irish I too have the URL. It's not a site I can use either from the UK. It is part of the 5dimes umbrella so is a well respected sportsbook site and if I could use it from this side of the pond I would. We used to also have access to Pinnacle sports who in my opinion were (or still are) amongst the best in the business. Unfortunately we lost access a couple of years ago when a few sites like this withdrew from our market following changes in legislation and/or taxation which they chose not to comply with.

I just had a record hand for me of 61 rolls in practice the other night. I made $11060 using my Cake version of SIAs betting scheme. Its been at least 2 years since I had that kind of hand. Casino Americraps comped me a glass of water and a cookie.

Hi Jaime1943, Hows the baseball going? I described the betting strategy on page 3 of this thread. It's basically an iron cross with a DP, wotco.

He has the unorthodox over the back shoulder throw. Talks about betting signature numbers and made coffee fly out of my nose when he said "dice setting is the Viagra of craps".

I watched a couple of his videos. He has pretty good rhythm and he hits around the same place on most of his throws. On the downside his dice split apart when they hit and he doesn't keep them together on the fly on axis. I've run into shooters like him who set and sometimes get tremendous rolls..just from the rhythm and hitting the spot. But I haven't run into a table with the non bounce he has. Pretty dead. I believe most casinos now have put in more of a bounce factor at the
ends of the tables if not other things to screw a DI. Ridges, air blowing up..you name it.

Update on the Cake betting, after 25 books, I am up $17,280 for an average of $.96 per shot. During those 25 books, my SRR averaged 6.30.
What I've learned is that you make your money on the long hands, then its kind of treading water for long periods.
Is this a viable method of betting? I would say yes, so far if you are patient. I have made a few changes, namely I have added a $5 H6 and H8 on every toss, pressing to $10, then $20 after each hit, back down to $5 when knocked off. My toss is throwing off a lot of left /left, and right/right combos and I am using the straight 6 set. I noticed the extra Hways a long time ago and should have been betting them the whole time, but I've only done so on the last couple of books.
I will be switching my set to the Hway set for the Crapless table during my upcoming trip to Canada. If their tables are anything like mine (and I think they are) those hard 6s and 8s should translate to aces and midnights.
Here's how I am currently betting-
$30 don't pass, $30 6,8, and $25 5, $5 H6 & 8 all WOTCO. ( A CO7 costs me $125)
Each hit is pressed from the very beginning. The press schedule for 6 & 8 is $30, $42, $48, $60, $90, $120, $180, $300, $420, $600, etc
For the 5- $25, $35, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $300, $500
After I have had 2 hits, I press the inside number that hasn't hit yet and add a $10 field. Example, lets say I hit a six and 8. Those would be pressed to $42, but the 5 would still be at $25. So I would take $20 out of the rack and press the 5 and establish a field bet. Now any field bets that hit go into the rack until I have $65 in the rack. Why $65? Because that is my break even on the hand.
Once I have $65 in the rack, any field hits go to the number that hit. 2,3,11,and 12 are handled differently. In my world the 12 pays triple. If I hit a 12 and no field numbers are covered, I will take the entire payment and establish a 4,9,10 for $10 each, even if I am not yet profitable on the hand. If the numbers are already covered, I may take $15 and press each by $5 and rack the rest, or I may rack it all. Whatever. If I have $10 4 and 10 and I throw an ace deuce, I will use the proceeds to press the 4 and 10 by $5 each.
Once I have the 4 and 10 covered (for $10) and I hit one, the payout including the field bet is $28. I press the 4 and 10 $5 each and rack the rest. Press schedule for the 4 and 10 is $10 each, $15 each, $20 for the one that didn't hit and $25 for the one that hit. After that, I press them individually. $25, $40, $75, $125, $200, $350, $600.
Press schedule for the 9 is $10, $15, $25, $35, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $300.
Once I have $125 in the rack, I switch from a $30 dont, to a $10 pass line after the point has been made. Always WOTCO.

Americraps I think this is the best system you've came up with you need to post it on a new thread though. A lot of rules to rember I screwed it up last night war gaming it but still won 1500 in the war game it just goes back and forth waiting on the hot hand but once it hits its off to the races

Hey Operator,
Got a new job, a local one finally! Byby Schnieder. No regrets there. They treated me well, just didn't pay me too well.
The rules for Cake aren't set in stone, I go by feel a lot. Especially with the nine. Many times when I come out on a nine, I seem to make it more than I should. I really hate losing $30 on the don't. So a lot of times, I'll place it for $10 and establish a $10 field right off the bat. When I do that, the proceeds for a field hit go right to pressing the 5,6, and 8. Once they have been pressed by $10 or $12, I'll redirect the field hit either to the rack, or to the number that hit.
I want to make sure that I am racking something substancial when I hit they 5,6,8.
Example- A $30 eight pays $35, but if you have a $5 hard 8 and a $10 field to replace, you are only racking $20. If you are pressing on every hit (like I do) on that first hit, you are only racking $8. Racking $8 on a $35 payout doesn't seem right, especially early in the hand when you haven't yet paid for your bets. That's why I want to direct any early field hits to the 5,6 and 8 until they are are at $35 and $42. A $42 eight pays $49, minus $10 for the field and $5 for the Hway replacement leaving you with $34. This step is only a $6 press, leaving you $28 for the rack. I'm good with $28 in the rack. That's why I have the press schedule set the way I do on the 6 & 8. $30, $42, $48, $60, $90, $120, $180, $300.
You can always choose to not press on every hit, but in my opinion that is giving up too much when you finally hit that long hand. Every once in a while you'll throw 12 or more repeaters in a hand, and a big part of why this system works involves making a ton on those kind of hands. If you don't want to press every hit, I suppose you can make it up by pressing more on some hits, but then you are giving up something there too, so pick your poison. I like to press conservatively but constantly. I learned that from the Rapping Captain.

Starting with 125$ investment on every hand is a BIG killer on bad days.
Just start low, and press hard. I go to a casino any day of the week, full or empty with 300$ and give myself a chance to win, even on a choppy table.
Pressing bets to cover 125$ investment is hard! Pressing bets to cover 50 is much more doable!!
Lately I figured out you don't profit taking more then 10-12 place to start on any number... 12 cost 4$ to press to 30 on a win, 10 takes 1$ to press to 25 on the 5&9, 10 buys to 25 on a 4&10.
From there you are mostly in profits with 2-3 hits. So why put up more to lose more! Put 12$ for 3$ all hard if you have spare money.
For me, betting more then 12$ 6&8 on anyone not influencing is wasting money slowly.
If you think they can do the job, go 44 in.
After you cover your bets and are pressed to 110 inside... you do what you want! It's profits ne way! On a reasonable hand you will hit 500$ profits in 10 mins.
My fav tho:
6&8 12-30-36-48-60-60-90-90...whatever
5&9 10-25-35-50-75-100-100...whatever
4&10 10-25-50-75-100-100-200...whatever
But basically, I bet 6&8 for 12 each. And hop 5-9 (4$) two times max. On any hit I drop what's missing for 5&9@10.
On bad players I sometime even only take 1 number.
12$ 8 today pressed to 42 and won 49(took an six on first hit and merged bets on a win on the six) For 79$ profit.
You can make any system you want, just respect 3 things.
Invest low.
Press hard.
Collect early.
