Darth: Neither bet will cover the full $35 line bet. I do use horn hi ace deuce on a $25 line bet but your original $4 bet is better, but again slight overkill. I suppose using a $30 line bet with a $2 ace deuce is ideal to reduce variance when hi-lo results are suppressed. Throw all this out if you are attacking the ATS, I would just hedge the ace deuce and welcome the hi-lo. No longer an ATS fan since only one half of a casino, in Biloxi, supports the full pay ATS.

I’m a big ATS fan, as you have probably read and am ramping up GWAG to align with the ATS attack as I’m looking for that horn number on the comeout. I’m starting at a minimum line bet, unless the ATS minimums are 5/5/5 then I’ll bump up the line a bit. One of my rules, since I did the
Horn Analytics Excel File, is to full press the first Horn hit looking for that second hit which is a nice payout to rack. I have a Small rich set and a Tall rich set, so my thinking is whichever horns that I’ve hit on the GWAG will set the stage for which side of the ATS to target. I’m getting a broad spread of box numbers with my point sets so getting a hi/lo out of the way early seems like a way to quick start the attack.
Thanks for sharing your tactics, DN8R

N8 i really agree, i have often shot for a horn number coming out lately... i hit some horn high ace deuce this weekend as well as a horn high yo bet, i alway press but i have to rack some money, i bet equal the table min, so generally those horn hi numbers at 25 still pay pretty darn well...

Greetings Parson,
You say you shoot for horn number, can you tell me your dice set when you shoot for horn numbers AND how you throw the dice.
Under hand OVER hand, from stick one/1 OR stick two/2 OR stick three/OR from the end of the table.
also how many fingers on the dice. how many seconds do you hold the dice before you throw them.
luck at the tables.
jaime.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Pretty much how i have played the last 4 years. Glad to hear someone else actually plays to make the bet not just as a novelty. On most of the threads about ATS on here the bet takes a beating as a bad bet. I guess rightly so with the HE it carries. I hit the ATS the first time i played. I didnt even know the bet was on the table or what it was but when they stopped my hand and started handing black chips to the guy at the end of the table it got my attention. Ive been running down that rabbit hole ever since. I guess we all have (except for the very disciplined) parts of the game we choose to play. Sometimes to our own determent. Whats the saying? "if its not fun its time to run". Im not saying its a smart wager and its not for everyone, but if you make it your objective i think it is the best of the bonus bets i have played.

I think the ATS is a smart wager... for a DI
Yeah I know about the math, blah, blah, blah. House Advantage blah blah blah; 18% for a side and 20% for the All.....for a flinger.
What's it for a DI?
IT'S LESS How much less, I dunno. And to get back to this thread - hitting a horn on the come-out makes it even
MORE LESS
yeah-I know the word is lesser, more or less.....
GWAG is a fine precursor to the ATS. It's not easy-you need to put the work in. How many DIs have done the Bonetracker work, identified a strong seven avoidance set, found it in the Coaster Chart; then ran transpositions in that Group of 24 to find 2-3 high Horn sets; then tested those horn sets in practice and on a variety of tables for validity. I know several.
You make a horn on the GWAG comeout and then its suddenly like walking downhill shooting for the ATS. Funny thing the other day, I had a come-out Yo, then a midnight; and I'm thinking 2/5's of the way there....that same hand had 4 6s, no eights. Twice in ten days, I've missed the Tall for want of an eight.... part of the game.....

Traditional three finger toss, this weekend i used 2/3 1/2 which BT shows strong ace deuce and aces... i dont know how long i hold the dice but several seconds focusing on my LZ

if you are throwing aces with that set one die is going sideways, but that happens off the wall. It's a good catch.

BoneTracker caught it.

I call that a good catch, trust in Bonetracker.
There will be 3-4 sets in each Coaster Group that will be horn rich. But not necessarily all four of the Horn numbers. Usually 3 of the four horns and knowing which are hot and which is not is part of your tactical planning. For instance I have a set that is Yo rich, it’s “sister” is shocka rich. The sixes and aces are both on axis, so I’d use the Yo rich on the comeout. It’s like tripling down, as I win on the PL (with a piggyback toke for the crew), the World, and the ATS. Then most of it gets pressed on the world, as I want that second hit.
I also like Heavy’s play where if you get a comeout seven you press that World, DN8R

I am just starting to do the deep BT dive on Horn numbers after spending a few days shooting dice with DN8R. My go-to GWAG set throws off horns plus the seven, so on ATS tables it can pose a problem. Often during a GWAG, I get stuck on a sevens streak of 3,4, or even 5 sevens and end up knocking down the ATS bet. Those reloads add up. To avoid this, lately, if I am within two numbers of capturing either leg of the ATS, I'll bypass the GWAG and shoot using my primary game set.
I think I'll experiment a little bit with the horn producing - low sevens BT dice sets before trying them in a live session. Theoretically, they show promise.
