I dug out the old Crapshooter's recipe book awhile back and thumbed through it. Man, there were some great recipes in there. One of these days I'll upload a copy to the download section over on the crapsfest.com site and set it up so everyone can grab a copy for free. Great to see you back, Lou.

Dylanefreake yes i do play the patrick system. I was at the Borgata & Caesars the dealers did like it.So i put 2way hard 6&8 and now the happy .The pit boss he cann`t rate me for comps because its a wash. I like to play 41 no ten or 41 no four & place 6$8 get some hits than take them down .

Well, I'm a newbie. I have read many forums but never posted before. I have read many interesting topics and strategies that I attempt on my craps game app. I wish I could share some great strategy or Holly Grail technique but I don't have one(yet!). I guess I just want to thank you to the people that share and thank you to Heavy for having this forum available. THANKS!

This is my first craps forum....glad i found it!!
I'm in the Vancouver BC, Canada. I found the game of craps in Vegas about 8 years ago just wandering around the casino with my wife.
I didnt know how to play but we found an empty table and lost $50 in about 5 rolls.
I love gaming/gambling. I like checking out the odds, ways to master the game and the science behind each game. I like games with low EV and "thinking" games.
I ve gone through the gammit of gaming.
I started going to the track in grade 9 with my dad, studying the racing form. Quit in college since my girlfriend now wife was sicj of paying for our dates!!. Started sports betting with our local provincal lottery. Basically, it was a parley ...pick 2 to 6 games to win. Ties in football were 3 points...lost lots of money. Buddy at work introduced me to a football pool and parley cards....won a lot of pools...the "internet" was just starting and i would spent hours reading and looking at football stats. Still lost on the parley cards...ties would lose.
Had a bookie for several years....always wanted to chase a bad weekend. ..never got good spreads. Lost a lot of money..still have my fingers LOL
Read a lot of gaming books. BJ, slots, roulette, video poker and liked playing 21 in vegas. Also like video poker and pai gow. Pai gow is pretty fun due to lengths you can play and comradery and constant drinks. I wasnt good at BJ...couldnt count cards...too busy drinking and having a good time with the Mrs.
When Party Poker started..there were a lot of promos/free money to be earned buy completing 500 hands/min rakes....found a site pokersource and basically turned a free 50 credit into 4000 by playing $25 NL with about 4 screens. got poker books, chips...it was a good time but a grind.
come NFL season...lost it all playing NFL. i was never good at having a losing week and wanted to make it up on Monday night. Yes, i also bought in to a tout that would win 88% of the time LOL. I bought a lot of football betting books at that book store in vegas. actually do not play NFL weekly.....too much stress...up 100 down 220 up 400 down 330....you get the picture. Now i just play for fun during the playoffs.
Now..craps...found a book GTC and this started me thinking about dice control about 6 years ago. Bought a receiving station off ebay and practiced and tracked my rolls for months. My wife was laughing at me and none of my buddies beleive it. I tell them. ..even if it doesnt work...it's still fun for ME to believe it works....and some sessions. ..it seems i am in the zone. One time at the Gold Coast (yup...i like $5 tables) i rolled for close to an hour...only 3 people at the table. 3 suits came to observe. That could have been a good influecing session or just luck? I would like to think the former. 100 buy in to just under 400.
Some random thoughts. ...
Winning or losing..need to know when to leave the table.
"Two way"....keeps the dealers on your side
Never stop learning how to get better

Still working though this forum so hope to share some more stories with you.

Heavy has devoted a lot of time ,treasury and energy to making A P C what it is.
Membership seems mostly domiciled in the lower 48 with some representation
across the globe...

Most of the interest is centered on the dice game Craps...There are other games
that do get mention....Heavy has posted a neat Roulette game plan a time or two...and there are occasional
discussions of,B J,poker,sports,horses,slots and V P..there may even be the occasional opinion post ...Plus Financials and
entertaining humor..... A P C serves as a large casino gaming information resource..
because Heavy and various members contribute to the round table ...

Welcome to the world of "those who post." Thanks for a great intro as well. We have several forum member from the Seattle and Vancouver areas so odds are you'll stumble across some folks to hook up with at the local joints from time to time.

If you tossed for nearly an hour at Gold Coast and only attracted 3 suits (and no heat) you did well. LOL. They tend to love us dice setters as long as we don't win. Then it can get ugly. Played quite a bit there this last trip - couple of weeks ago - and we did have some excellent hands. Like the tables there for sure, and Boyd has always treated me well.

Keep us posted on your exploits. Everybody appreciates a good trip report.

Just giving this thing a bump I miss the storysof the old timers the most. site 40. aeiou It ok vowels get back in the game tell you wife its a lumber business trip hah hahh.Lumber number ill be betting the 6 hah hah. I miss the trip reports most of all they were real not fake they were world winds of fortune and loss. I will either be at isle of debris or river city. this Friday night coming up. Guys jump back in heavys site is the only good one left.
