Today had [ TOR ]-4.5... TOR won by 46 points, 127 to 81. They won, r_ventura_23 also won.

I don't think they have sports betting in Texas yet. But, they do here in Nevada. I made a special trip to the M today for a free lunch & to make my first ever basketball bet. Thanks Jamie, Raptors cruised. Winner winner. I didn't even play craps, even though there is a free bet waiting for me as I forgot my glasses at the house in my haste to beat the clock. I did have my prescription sunglasses, so looked like all the other guys in the book....

One of these days, they will have sports betting in Texas, and Heavy will bet my picks.

About 12:30 am, will do my handicapping for tonight 12/24/2020.

I think the only way to beat this game is by only playing one game at a time, have a bankroll of 20,000 thousand dollars AND bet 500 dollars a game.

That's enough money to bet 40 games, if after betting 40 games YOU are losing your bankroll, this is not your game to gamble on.

Thank you, numbers do not lie,in a game of basketball THE best team will always beat the weak one.

That's why i say this game is beatable in the long run.

If players that bet this game of basketball, get into their heads to only bet one game a day THEY will be winners in the long run. if you lose today DON'T worry about it TOMORROW is another day.

Also, if you lose 100 dollars today, do not bet 200 dollars tomorrow BET the same unit every day/100.

jaime, that is my plan, 100 a day for five days, then adjust. I don't chase losses but if that five turns to eight we might press. I also don't watch the game I just check the score the next day. The last time I bet one of your picks I was in Biloxi and won. Sports betting is taboo where I live but I got a friend that is starting to place the bets for me. I just could not stay on the sidelines any longer. This could get real fun.

In craps, the only way that game is beatable, is by learning how to throw field numbers, AFTER you win

let it ride and collect 3 to 1, play this way over and over till you win your goal/money... for that night.
In craps players play the inside, then they press and press the winning numbers TILL the seven comes and they lose.
The money you win IS not the casinos money, is your money.

I have lost 2 games this second half the NBA season by playing Miami against 2 bad teams.

The first game they were winning by 15 points, they lost that game outright.
The second game they were winning by 21 points and lost outright.

They threw those 2 games, they tank those 2 games WHY.

Not only do we not have sports betting in Texas - old Heavy has no interest in sports betting OTHER than betting on the ponies and I don't bet them anymore because handicapping horses the way I do is too damn much work. I only bet bet small fields of qualified horses. That means no low stakes claimers and no maidens - which means I have to look at every track in the country to find five or six races I can bet on. Like I said - too much damn work - even for an old retired fart like me.

Honestly, I like the old Benny Binion adage: "Never bet on anything that eats or shits." Sounds like a truism to me.

I find that the easiest sport to handicap is HORSE RACING, but the hardest one to bet is HORSE RACING.
Untill i came up with the system to bet Horses, that made me alot of money in my lifetime.
I have posted that system already, but if any horse player wants it, just ask me.
