I start with the 3v and I have had tosses where the the trigger number will appear on the second toss, a pso if I had been using the inverted 3v, switch to the inverted 3v and two tosses later another trigger. It's kind of like getting a do over.

Does it work everytime, NO. However, If you get into a grove and toss 5 or6 times and a trigger# then switch your 3 or 4 short hands have now become one 15 +roll.

Whenever I'm in the "Zone"; I use the "Mulligan" system where I transpose the Dice Sets while utilizing the 2V or 3V Dice Set whenever I throw a Horn # (2,3,11,12) which is my "trigger" that my toss is off and I will most likely throw a "7" on the next toss.

For some reason; transposing the Dice Sets usually does the trick....I'll switch from 3/2 3/6 to 3/6 3/2 or from 2/1 2/3 to 2/3 2/1. The one constant thing whenever I had a monster hand earlier during my more successful years tossing those bones; I kept on transposing the previous Dice Set after every single Horn # thrown and it worked like a charm.

My version of the "mulligan" works for me; however I need to initially get in the "Zone" to make it work. Getting into the Zone and staying there totally focused regardless of the external environment is one of my biggest issues that I am currently training to overcome.

Another idea regarding the "mulligan" is a lot of people including myself notice a lot of 7-outs immediately following Hard 4's and Hard 10's. I recall "Heavy" mentioning either the Hard 4, Hard 10 or both as being one of his "OFF" on the next roll "triggers".

I believe this (7-out after Hard 4/Hard 10) occurs due to double pitches utilizing the 2V Set. When I'm in the "Zone" betting wise; I usually call my bets "OFF" after a Hard 4/Hard 10 if I notice that the DI tossing the Dice does not switch his/her Dice Set after tossing a Hard 4 or Hard 10. I can't tell you how many times my bankroll has been saved utilizing this strategy. Once the DI proves he can overcome the double-pitch after throwing a Hard 4/Hard 10, then I'll stay with him/her for the rest of the session without calling my bets OFF.

"Mulligans" are great to use in Craps to go on extended hands while tossing the Dice and could be very helpful in preserving your bankroll while betting on other DI's.
