See what happens when you ask closed-end questions? Now, you SHOULD have asked "How do you combat fatigue (neck, shoulders, feet) at the table - and how does that fatigue effect your shooting. Yeah, I'm nit-picking. Then again, I'm walking around with a "crick" in my neck today - a pinched nerve from sleeping wrong on the pillow or something. I never was sure how that "sleeping wrong" thing worked because I am of the opinion that most sleep is "right." Nevertheless . . . back to the question at hand.

Yes, putting in too much table time over the course of a single session effects me negatively - although the effects may be as much mental as physical. I know that after most of my seminars I'll go home with my upper arm/shoulder sore and stiff from tossing the dice so much. On the flip side - there's a fine line in there between getting your toss really grooved in and over-training. The knack is to know which is which and recognize when you're there.
