Retro Roll Charting Analysis

I'm starting this thread specifically so those of you who track your IN CASINO rolls will have a place to post those rolls. What I'd like us to do is take one book of rolls at a time - say one trip around the table in live play - and post all of those rolls here on the forum. Then we can do a little analysis of what happened at the table - show you some trends we recognize that you may have missed - and demonstrate what to watch for in the future. Yeah, I know some of you will say this is pointless as the dice have no memory. To that I'll just say the only way to follow whatever trend is happening at the table - is to track the rolls and LOOK at what's happening at the table. In any case, I don't really want to get into a discussion of the validity of charting on this thread. I'd just like to look at some rolls and see what they tell us. Volunteers?

Heavy,

Just want to add to what you were saying about "dice having no memory but" Something for people to realize is that by looking at past roll books help people to recognize different situations as they happen and be able to recall what different strategies were presented for those situations. Not so easy to post here with what is happening at the tables now to get ideas for how to handle the situation.

Heavy,

Will be in Las Vegas this next week. Not sure with the holiday how much I will Play or if I will just "hit and run" when I can.

If I am in a situation to record a bunch of rolls at a table I will do it but I don't want to promise anything I am not sure I can do.

If I get anything I will post it when I get back.

Hi!

Back from Vegas and here are some live table throws that I recorded. I did not play this table so I can't tell you how I bet. I can tell you that my standard betting on random rollers is 5 count and then one Come bet with single odds. If that is won then I will replace it until 7 out. If it is a really long roll and I have made a good profit then I bump up my odds.

This is a single time around a full table. No controlled throws here. Some did set the dice but then they picked em up and flung them. Let me know if you have questions or want more info.

CO 7, 5, 9, 10, 7 out

CO 5, 5, CO 11, 4H, 8, 8, 8, 4H. CO 5, 6, 2, 5. CO 8, 7 out

CO 10, 8, 8, 5, 7 out

CO 7, 12, 9, 10H, 6, 5, 10H, 12, 10, 4, 7 out

CO 3, 7, 11, 8, 8, CO 7, 4, 6, 8, 8, 5, 3, 6, 5, 11, 10, 9, 7 out

CO 11, 6H, 7 out

CO 5, 3, 9, 6, 3, 5, CO 8, 8, CO 10, 9, 5, 7 out

CO 7, 10H, 2, 9, 3, 4, 8, 4, 7 out

CO 12, 11, 3, 4, 8, 10, 7 out

CO 3, 7, 11, 4H, 7 out

CO 6H, 7 out

CO 4, 10, 10, 10H, 9, 4, CO 11, 4, 10, 10H, 9, 7 out

There you have it. Have to admit the last shooter had me drooling but I did not reach into my pocket. :D

RR - I've been wanting to take a look at your numbers from Vegas and do a little analysis on them. Actually, I probably will take them with me to Vegas for the GAC seminar this weekend and use them as an "exercise" in charting for the guys who signed on. I'll also post some other roll tracking charts when I get back so we can further develop this thread. Thanks.

Betting is one of those areas where I need lots of input so it should be very interesting to see your analysis of these and other groups of rolls.

No worries though. I know you are busy getting everything lined up for the GAC. Have a great time and everyone toss some monsters while you are there!!
