Playing With Lou-Tunica trip report

The readers on this website have read some posts by Six Shooter regarding a winning streak by a player named Lou.

I have played with Lou twice before and played two sessions with him in Tunica this weekend.

Session 1-This was the most taxing session I have seen Lou play.We played for 2 hrs and at the end of 40 minutes I was convinced Lou's win streak was at an end.The table was not only choppy but hard to read. It seemed like any bet placed was wrong.Like all of us mortals Lou was getting clobbered. We moved to another table that was running poor but was much more predictable and this is where I saw Lou's table reading abilities and betting strategies in full force where in he not only recovered his losses but ended up with a nice gain .

Session 2-It was played early this morning and since I had a plane to catch we played played straight for 3.5 hrs.The first 1.5 hrs the table was very bad but predictable and playing the donts preserved capital. Then the table turned and Lou and myself had back to back rolls of 26 and 31 and making money was fun.

That first session was a great comeback. Session two sounded like it was more pleasant. I hope Lou can keep it going. Thanks for the update Kumar.

It's interesting to note that in Southern Gaming's latest edition where they ranked the top casinos in the various southern markets - Horseshoe Tunica didn't even get an honorable mention. The three top Tunica casinos were Sam's Town, Hollywood, and Harrahs. In the Shreveport/Bossier market - again, Sam's Town ranked number one. Last time I walked in Sam's Town in Shreveport there were like three players in the entire casino. Ya think something might be amiss there?

Sam's town is gunshy of shooters.

I went to Cherokee once since I live in Raleigh;Dealers have a long way to go;had to watch bets/payouts.
They offered craps games like Mississippi;now it is more like A/C.
