Aruze Gaming America Announces Approval for Shoot to Win Craps(TM) in Nevada
Aruze Gaming America, a rising supplier of global gaming entertainment, announced today that its multiplayer G-STATION(TM) game, Shoot to Win Craps, has received approval from the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Shoot to Win Craps, the first electro-mechanical Craps game approved in Nevada, allows players to shoot the dice through an innovative Bash Button(TM) while betting as if it is a live table game.
"Aruze Gaming partnered with New York-New York Hotel & Casino for the Shoot to Win Craps field trial and we are thrilled with the results," said Steve Walther, vice president of Marketing for Aruze Gaming America. "The game continues to perform strong and the player feedback is very positive."
Shoot to Win Craps comes with an intuitive touch screen betting interface that allows players to place bets in the familiar dice game layout while offering the convenience of repeating bets and the ease of moving credits on and off the board. Built into the game is a comprehensive guide of how to play Craps which makes the game ideal for beginners. For the advanced players, more complex bets like 'lay' and 'place' are available for wagering. The touch screen interface allows for a greater speed of play both for betting and shooting the dice.
Mike DeJong, vice president of Slot Operations at New York-New York, said, "The games performed well during the 30-day trial, players enjoy them and the games create a tremendous amount of excitement. We look forward to the games remaining on our floor."
Shoot to Win Craps also features a high-impact sign package designed to be easily seen throughout the casino. The overhead signage includes LCD screens which prominently display game results and also provide a tutorial for beginners and roll streaks for advanced players. The game's center features a large dice cage which is illuminated and fully synchronized with the game's action.
