Year End Report
I am in the process of adding up all the figures from this year's Craps Play. I should have it posted in the next day or two. We were planning on a New Year's stay in Tunica but due to both Gail and I having bad colds , we canceled our room at GS, so my play for 2013 has ended.
I always like being at the casinos on NYE, but I don`t like playing at the tables on NYE. So I guess , after this Year End Report is posted and I give some thoughts on the year's play ahead, it will be time to begin 2014.

Re: Year End Report
I won't go near a casino (or anywhere outside the house on NYE) so I can give you my full report for 2013 right now:
Got my F***ing ass handed to me.
I'm not sure what column that goes in on my tax return so I'll let the accountant figure it out.

Re: Year End Report
No need to report those losses - although losses can be used to offset any winnings you have have had - but only up to the extent of the winnings.
I sat down with my CPA recently and discussed whether or not I could deduct gaming losses on seminar weekends - since playing in the casino with students is part of the "class." That got a "hmmmm," and an "I don't think so."
Thanks to Hinduman's six point Fire Bet score a few weeks back I am sitting at near an all-time win for the year. I'd have to go back through the spread sheet and total it all up, but that's on the home computer. In any case, I doubt that I'll be posting total dollars on the forum. It seems like the Eye Arr Ess already has me on it's "watch this guy" list, and I don't need any additional Screwtiny.
I will say this has been the second best year for Axis Power Craps since its inception back in 2001, thanks to record video sales and a good turn-out at the seminars and events we sponsored. Thanks to all of you for your support.

Re: Year End Report
I am happy to report my first winning year since 2006!!! Not a big win for the year, but a win none the less. My secret? Betting the dark side on 90% of random shooters all year long! The one weekend I didn't do that, I lost 75% of my profit for the year. Way to go and break your discipline there Al Falcons! I believe my win/loss % at the craps table was around 65% and around 75% at the baccarat tables. Hell I even was up $30 on the slots for the year, with about $100 in action, LOL
Re: Year End Report
Nice Al. As the Emperor said,"never underestimate the power of the darkside". Or was that Yoda? Anyway, congrats.

Way to go al_falcons.
I'm sure Wolfbyte is smiling down on you and ciphering another Zumma page in your honor.
Hope you have continued success in 2014.

Re: Year End Report
I got home and checked my stats from this year, it was only 69% win at the baccarat tables, and 64% session win at craps. If I hadn't had two 100% buy-in losses at baccarat, I would have come out way ahead for the year. But the way I was playing you have to take the good with the bad. In 2012 I only won 38% of my sessions at the craps tables betting the right side on random shooters. Let's see what shall I do in 2014? 38% win on right side and 64% win are dark side. Seems like a NO BRAINER to me! DARK SIDE IT IS!al_falcons wrote:I am happy to report my first winning year since 2006!!! Not a big win for the year, but a win none the less. My secret? Re: Year End Report
I have been reading about the antics of the HSA and the IRA so I guess I am going silent.
The older I get the more I slow down so I will probably not be going to casinos as much during 2014 as I have in previous years. I still enjoy the craps table now that I am not playing with "scared money".
Big Brother is an asshole.
Where are you wolfie? Your insight is needed.
