I think we tend to over-complicate these things. Just track the number of rolls between sevens at the table. That's the first trend you should chart for. If it's fewer than six - bet the don'ts. If it's more than six - bet the do's. Do the same thing for the box numbers. When they're clumping at greater than the expected rate - bet them. Don't waste money on a non hitting number. Don't be afraid to lock up a profit at any time.

One of these days - if I don't drop dead first - I'll get it done. Like a lot of things in my life, this got put on hold when I changed day jobs back in January. The day job is such that - if I run hard and put a lot of business on the books over the next couple of years - it'll pay me for as long as I want to keep working and service the accounts. In other words - work hard for a couple of years then coast for five to ten.
In addition to putting together a full blown TrendMasters book, I still want to get a betting strategy video done. I also have a new website I'm working on that will eventually come on-line. That's all I'll say about that one for now. Plus we're redeveloping the old crapsfest website to freshen it up a bit and restore some of the functionality that was lost on the last system meltdown.
On Dice Coach's videos - I think you'd see a lot of stuff there of interest. Of course, if you've read the stuff here on the site about streaks, trends, and betting strategies you've probably seen a good deal of it. However, video reinforcement is good IMHO.
As for tracking rolls - I'd start tracking as soon as I got to the table.

The Place WAGER CROWD is in the plurality..Vs THE COME WAGER gamers

With that said :
It may be a more fast read to observe the number of COME WAGERS
