Stanford Wong's Green Chip board is the place you want to be for that sort of info. They used to publish a monthly report on all Vegas casinos ranking the best games. It's been years since I was on that board but I recall the El Cortez consistently being one of the best places in town to play. However, if you're going to play black action you should probably start out playing black. I wouldn't try ranging bets from $10 to $100. $50 maybe, but that's about my personal max on a $10 game unless you've got a good act going.

Is it even advantageous to count cards anymore with all the changes to the game? (e.g. 6 to 5 payouts, auto shufflers, dealers not going through all the cards in decks before switching, multiple decks, etc).
Seems to me by offering all the crappy rules/games, the casinos can devote resources to watching for counters at the few decent games they might offer.
Is the edge you might have, enough to make it worth your while?

I know one is the Fremont but they have low minimums, I am looking for casinos with not tripping off of blackchip betters with 10 x spread across three hands.
You'll need a quarter million bankroll minimum, to play the game you just described. The recommended bankroll of $2000.00 for every $5.00 of max bet size is not enough. I know from experience.
