Well I have a friend (craps shooter) in Hawaii who uses advance viewing to play the lottery, haven't decided if I believe it or not.

I always liked a wheeling system sounds good but i never won, tried a few times Gail Howard wrote a book about it and apparently around 75 people claim that her systems helped them win jackpots.
