What casinos collect the Lay vig AFTER the win?

I was wondering if anyone knows which casinos collect the vig after the lay bet wins, rather than when placing the bet.
Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods collect whent he bet is placed.

Belterra in Southern Indiana (Riverboat on the Ohio River)
5...6...8...9 pay on the bet.
4...10 is after the win.

all the Tunica casinos collect the vig on all the buy bets only on win for the 4-10 and the 2-3-4-10-11-12 where they have a crapless table at $10. on the 5-9 all except SAMs require at $20. SAMs buys the 5-9 at only ten.

Wish I had a definitive answer for you on this but it seems like the "policy" changes - not only from casino to casino - but from table to table (or shift to shift) within the same casino - depending on who's on box. The angle that bothers me - the casinos that offer free first buy bets on the four and ten but do not offer free first lay bets. I know - free is a misnomer - they still collect after the win. I just call 'em free because I picked up that line from a dealer many years ago and hung onto it.

Heavy I am surprised at you response.
The question was about LAY bets I dont know of any casino,that will let a lay bet go behind a # WITHOUT THE VIG
The casinos collect the vig WHEN you lay. The only way you get your vig back is when (bite your lip0. Pull the bet down.

Years ago the E in Joliet (formerly with the radiation tunnel as H called it) allowed no vig upfront on the darkside. Many players simply waited for the point and then layed against it and only paid on the win. Saved a lot from no losses on 7 or 11 on comeouts. Unfortuately, like all good things, it didn't last.
