D'Alembert progression for 6&8 combined bets

Setting and influencing the dice roll is just part of the picture. To beat the dice you have to know how to bet the dice. Whether you call it a "system," a "strategy," or just a way to play - this is the place to discuss it.

D'Alembert progression for 6&8 combined bets

Post by House of Orange » Sun Feb 23, 2020 2:28 pm

My new 6/8 D'Alembert combined progression. Assume a start of $12@ 6&8. Do what you want till first 7 out. Next turn at dice come back with an increase of $30@. From here on every 6 or eight decreases @ bets by $18. Every 7 increase @ bets by $30. After 16 decisions you have 6 7's and 10 6&8's. You should be back to where you started, $12@ with a profit of $266 dollars! So 30*6 = 18*10. Found at Heavy's Perfect World Casino!

Hi Heavy--thx for sharing.
Interesting approach/I like the ratcheting effect on near equal occurring W/L.

To Clarify: "...start of $12@ 6&8. Do what you want till first 7 out. Next turn at dice come back with an increase of $30@. From here on every 6 or eight decreases @ bets by $18. Every 7 increase @ bets by $30..."

Are you saying: $12/12, see a 7, then on next CO wager $42/42, see a 6or8, then prior to next toss wager $24/24 ??

Thx

Thx for prompt reply House of Orange.

Ive utilized a similar approach with 5/8 at a slower-more gradual negpro/regress. I like what happens at higher levels when you see the payouts-above-baseU start neutralizing the losses of lower-level baseU wagers.
