Field bets with hardway set (6-5)

Over the 4 day weekend, I decided to play with an idea I had.
On the come-out roll I like using the 6/5 hardway set then change the set accordingly.
6s on top
5s facing me
But this time, I just maintain this hardway set no matter what.
Then I place a 1 unit bet on the Field and continue using this set even after the point is set.
Once I hit 2 in a row, I reset back to 1 unit.
Even if a 12 or 2 is hit which doubles the win, it still remains until 2 hits in a row.
Actually had interesting results this weekend. Yeah, yeah, yeah, short term test results don't mean anything, blah blah blah.
Since I was playing at home, when a 7 hit, i didn't have to pass the dice which did help with having good results.
In a casino, I would have to pass the dice causing this to be a short lived strategy unless I happened along an empty table.
This set seems to favor these outside numbers pretty well.
Curious to know if anyone else thought about this type of strategy or did there own long term testing with something like this.
